I joined Impact Fitness in August 2005 and I am a faithful attendee there three times a week as part of the lunch time crowd. Impact Fitness is the perfect fit for my lifestyle and I love everything about it. I have tried other gyms before, but never kept motivated. However, at Impact, the workout constantly changes so your body doesn’t get set into the same old routine and it is never boring. Each day you can get a time efficient combination of cardio and weight training in each session, and the trainers give you an extra push of encouragement when perhaps you aren’t pushing yourself as hard as you should be. Friday’s are also kicked up a notch by Sean Brown (his bark is worse than his bite!!) just to challenge you even more!
